WHERE ARE FRIDA LONDON PIECES MADE?

Our pieces are designed and handcrafted in London, with care given to every detail.

WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?

We choose fabrics according to each design. Our collections may include silk and other carefully selected materials. The exact composition and care instructions are shown on each product page.

WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN?

Selected pieces are created after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary stock. Made-to-order pieces usually require 2–3 weeks to create and dispatch.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

Our pieces are available in our standard size range. Please check the measurements on each product page or contact us for sizing advice.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

Personalised alterations may be available for selected pieces, such as sleeve or hem adjustments. Please contact us before ordering. Altered pieces cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

In-stock pieces are usually delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Made-to-order pieces require approximately 2–3 weeks to create and dispatch, followed by 2–4 business days for UK delivery.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Tracked and insured UK delivery costs £15.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged under our Shipping & Returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Standard-size made-to-order pieces follow the usual returns policy. Personalised pieces cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

International delivery is not currently available through checkout. Please contact us for availability, delivery costs and estimated timings.
